SMS Terms of Service

When you sign up for the service, FMLE will send you an SMS message to confirm your registration.

This service is used to send you notifications about Medical appointments for evaluations with various physicians.

There is no predefined frequency of messages, since messages will only be sent from FMLE when there is a pending scheduled appointment for you and will only contain information that is relevant to that appointment. There will be no messages from FMLE at other times.

You can cancel this service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to #####. After you send FMLE the "STOP" message, FMLE will send you a reply confirming that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive our messages. If you wish to join again, simply register as you did the first time, and FMLE will begin sending you messages again.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply to any messages we send to you and any you send to us. If you have any questions about your text messaging plan or data plan, it's best to contact your wireless service provider.
